Relevant Information and Conditions

Payments - To ensure the maximum security of transactions made on our site, we use the PayPal platform, a leader in online payment management, through which you can pay via PayPal or, alternatively, by credit card. We would like to point out that our systems in no way store sensitive data regarding your credit card. Alternatively, you can make a payment by bank transfer. In both cases, you will receive an email with all the necessary data to carry out the operation, to which we will ask you to reply with a payment confirmation email, which is necessary to speed up the verification process.


Guarantees - All products in the catalog come with the official manufacturer's warranty. To use the warranty, simply keep the invoice, intact packaging, and the ordered products. To take advantage of the warranty, products must be used correctly, respecting their intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation. If, as a result of the manufacturer's technical intervention, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for verification and restoration costs, as well as transportation costs.

Returns - For returns, you must send bmcairfilters.es, within 14 business days from the receipt of the ordered goods, an email communication expressing your intention to return the purchase.

However, the right of return is subject to the following conditions:
• it applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attachments, etc.);
• the purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.);
• shipping costs are charged to the customer;
• the shipment is under the responsibility of the customer until confirmation of receipt of the goods at our facilities; therefore, it is recommended to carry out an insured shipment with delivery receipt to the recipient;
• it will be the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment with the courier service and check for any irregular delivery status; we are not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of products returned by uninsured shipments;
• Once the returned products are received, we will examine the product to assess any damage or alteration not caused by transport. If the original internal/external packaging is damaged, a 20% deduction will be made from the refund due to the cost of restoring the merchandise.
Without prejudice to any costs for repairing damage to the original packaging and/or storage costs, the purchased goods will be replaced or the full amount paid (excluding credit charges) will be refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The refund will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
The right of return is lost due to the lack of essential integrity of the property (the packaging and/or its contents), in cases where:
• the lack of the original external and/or internal packaging;
• the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts);

• damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
In the event that the right of withdrawal lapses, the purchased goods will be returned to the sender, with shipping costs charged to the sender.

Products and their use - Approved items can be used on roads open to traffic. NON-APPROVED items must be used on closed circuits or at trade shows and events.
We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect installation of the products. We recommend the installation of the items on these pages by specialized personnel.

Shipments - For each order, an invoice for the material shipped by email to the order is issued. The data provided by the customer when placing the order will be included in the invoice. No variations can be made after the invoice has been issued. Therefore, it will not be possible to send products to private buyers who do not provide their tax identification number.

The term "available" when the product is displayed is purely indicative; plural purchases by several users at the same time are possible. For this reason, we reserve the right, once the order is received, to verify and immediately notify of the unavailability of the product.

If items are available in stock:

24-48 hours for shipments to Spain and Portugal peninsular territory / 10-15 days for other countries

If not available in stock: 10-15 days

Some imported products may experience delivery delays of 15-20 additional days.

Delivery times are to be considered purely indicative. We will not be responsible for any delay in fulfilling our obligations (including delivery or service) if the delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and will be entitled to an extension of time for non-compliance. If the force majeure case persists for a period exceeding two months, both parties will have the right to terminate the agreement without compensation due to the counterparty.

bmcairfilters.es will not be responsible for any variation in shipping costs, as these are independent of its own will.

The agencies for shipments to Spain and Portugal are SEUR and CORREOS.

We only accept orders with delivery to peninsular territory, Spain and Portugal.

It is understood that the delivery of goods is made at street level (deliveries to floors are not made under any circumstances)

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier service, the customer must verify:

• that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the attached document

• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or altered, even in packaging materials such as adhesive tape or strap.

• Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancy in the number of packages or particulars must be reported immediately, subject to written control (specifying with extreme precision the reason for the reservation, for example, "broken packaging", "wet packaging", etc.) on the courier's delivery receipt.

Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer cannot object to the external characteristics of what has been received.

Any problem related to the physical integrity, lack of correspondence, or incompleteness of the delivered products must be reported within 3 days of delivery, in accordance with the procedures indicated in this contract.

You cannot choose specific times and days, but you can contact the courier service indicated in the email or SMS confirming the shipment directly.

In case it is not possible to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the indicated address, the courier service will leave a warning (you will also receive an email or SMS), then make a second attempt, and in case of absence, the recipient will leave a second warning. After two failed attempts, the package will remain with the courier for 5 days, after the date of the second notice. After this period, the material stored in the courier's warehouses (due to the repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order), the products will be returned to our office.

If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or if delivery is refused, the products will be returned to the sender and the order will not be reshipped to the customer a second time.

It is in no way possible to modify the address and delivery time once the shipping documents have been issued.
